Reiki & Energy Work

Dive deep and shift limiting beliefs and behaviors that are holding you back from your highest potential.

Hypnosis sessions are deeply relaxing and calming, while being powerfully effective to create and foster lasting change on a deep, subconscious level. These sessions utilize positive suggestion + NLP and Parts Work to dive deep and shift unconscious beliefs and behavior patterns.

*If you are a new client, you must choose the 90 minute hypnosis intake session so we can discuss your treatment goals in-depth prior to your session.

$250 exchange for 90 minute intake session // includes 30 minute pre-session interview to discuss your treatment goals + a customized recording to listen to post-session to further support your goals

Somatic Mind-Body Healing

After briefly discussing your concerns, sit back and relax as you are consciously guided through a somatic mind-body healing session to release pent-up tension, trauma, blocks, emotions, energy, and feelings that are holding you back. Somatic experiencing and emotional clearing will be utilized to restore balance to the nervous system and to promote healing of the body.

Life Coaching

After discussing your goals, we will utilize a variety of methods to help clarify your vision, break through blocks, attain goals, and move forward with motivation, confidence, and purpose.
